Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of distribution, provided the items are unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
To request an exchange, please contact our office at info@dancenorthacademy.com.au. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, a credit will be issued.
Once your exchange request is confirmed, please bring the item along with proof of payment to the office.
Custom-ordered items and products that have been worn or altered are not eligible for exchange.
No refunds will be provided for any items.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or repair based on the nature of the issue.
Replacement or repair will only be provided when items are returned in their original packaging and condition.
